Well done to all the members that took part in this our 6th Biennial. The opening night saw an excellent turn out of Members and invited guests. We had almost a dozen different member photographers exhibit new work from a selection of images taken over the past two years. Thanks to all the photographers that helped get the show up on the walls and prepare the space for the opening.Remember the show runs until this Sunday June 17th and photographers are asked to come bye early Sunday afternoon to Masterworks to take down the show and collect their work by no later than 4.30 pm when the Museum closes.

Dear members just an early reminder concerning the BPPA Biennial coming up this June. It is important to move early regarding framing and printing so as to meet the exhibit date of June 1st until 17th at Masterworks Gallery. Space is limited so it is important to indicate by the end of the month if you wish to take part. Framing should be with white or off white acid free mattes framing should be black gold white or silver. Live images should be no smaller than eight by ten images and not larger than twenty four by twenty eight. Canvas wraps are also fine if that is the way you would like to present your pieces. Once we know the members that wish to enter actual number of pieces by each exhibitor can be arrived at. Please provide a low res scan of each piece entered along with name size and title. Work should be from the last two years.Entry fee will be $250- and will cover costs of mounting the exhibit any amount left over will go as a donation to Masterworks. Photographers so far that will be showing in 2012 Biennial :David Skinner, Byrant Richards, Alex Masters, Graeme Outerbridge, CAnthony Francis, Scott Stallard, Scott Tucker, Hugh Conyers, Ian Murdoch and Ann Spurling. If we get up to our last show numbers of 12 members it will probably mean three pieces for each member showing. All work on display can be for purchase if member argrees. Any questions please contact me by e-mail redwolfbluewolf@ northrock.bm or phone 238-4387

Members wanting to take part in the BPPA 2012 Biennial should start planning their selections. The show will go up in May2012 at Masterworks Museum. Space restrictions again will mean a restriction on pieces entered to be no more then six pieces per member. Guidelines for the show will be posted in the near future along with the name of the Guest Curator. We had twelve members work on display in 2010, hopefully we will get up to fifteen members for our 2012 Biennial.
